At Bird Club, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our comprehensive return policy.

Return Eligibility

Our return policy is based on the delivery date of your order. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Reasons for Return and Procedures

To Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@birdclub.club. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may return the item once it is delivered.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@birdclub.club. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.

Faulty Manufacturing

Our products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues, contact us at support@birdclub.club with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Changed Their Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at support@birdclub.club to initiate the return. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Returns are free in the US.

For an Exchange

If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@birdclub.club with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can't do exchanges for international orders yet. All refunds will go back to your original payment method.

Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@birdclub.club Provide your order number and details of the incorrect product received. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Steps to Initiate a Return

Contact Us

Email us at support@birdclub.club with your order number and the reason for the return. Include any necessary photos (e.g., damage, defect).

Return Authorization

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions if your return is approved.

Prepare the Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item

Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. In the US we will provide the shipping label. For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.

Return Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 3 business days.

Just remember, if your return arrives outside of the 30-day window, we can't offer a refund or exchange :( And if you want your item back, you'll need to cover shipping costs :( :( Questions? Shoot us an email at support@birdclub.club

 

Should you return an item for which you received our Life List Discount, the credited discount must also be returned, or the return may not be accepted.

  • Photos: For damaged or faulty items, include photos of the product and the issue.
