Why We Build Sustainably
Anyone who birds knows how fragile the world can feel, with habitats shrinking, migration routes shifting, and species declining. And a substantial part of that impact comes from the fashion industry: overproduction, waste, harmful materials, and landfills stacked with things that didn't need to be made.
When I started Bird Club, I knew one thing:
I didn’t want to contribute to that waste.
Not when the whole point of this brand is reverence for nature. So every decision we make starts with a simple question:
Does this respect the world birds rely on?
Our Approach to Sustainability

We create limited runs and avoid overproduction. No giant inventories, no deadstock closets, no churning out products because the unit price comes down.

Why it Matters
Birders spend a lot of time noticing things other people miss, like small shifts in habitat, changes in timing, places that look a little different each season.
So it makes sense for our clothing to be made with that same awareness.
For us, building things responsibly just feels like the natural extension of caring about the places where birds live.
