Birding, Built Better.
Bird Club makes handcrafted, story-driven apparel for people who love the natural world. No AI, no print-on-demand, no shortcuts, just intentional design inspired by the way birding feels.
I’m Brett Karley, a lifelong birder, former filmmaker, and the person behind Bird Club. For years, I couldn’t find clothing that matched how birding really feels: eye-opening, magical, and full of surprises. So I decided to build it myself.
Bird Club didn’t happen overnight. It started as sketches, field notes, and small ideas collected over years of birding. When my friends Brendan and Ana, two creative powerhouses I’ve worked with for years, joined the project, everything clicked.
We wanted to make clothing that felt as considered as the natural world we obsess over. Pieces built from the fabric up, with intention in every stitch. That’s the foundation of Bird Club.

Why We Do It
Birding teaches you to slow down and really look. To appreciate detail, color, texture, movement, which are things most people miss. Our clothing is built the same way, with intention.
We make apparel that honors the quiet, observant, deeply curious way birders move through the world. If it doesn’t feel meaningful, we don’t make it.
