At Bird Club, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied, our refund policy provides detailed instructions on how to request a refund.
Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is based on the delivery date of your order. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Below are the circumstances under which you can request a refund and the procedures for each scenario.
Reasons for Refund and Procedures

If the Products Never Arrived
-----------------------------
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@birdclub.club with your order number. We will investigate the issue with our shipping partners and either resend the product or issue a full refund.
Damaged on Arrival
------------------
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@birdclub.club. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.
Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use
----------------------------------------
Our products come with a 30-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues, contact us at support@birdclub.club with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Changed Their Mind
------------------
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at support@birdclub.club to initiate the process. The item must be unused and in its original condition. We cover the shipping cost in the US, but international friends need to cover their own shipping. If you're returning for a refund, we need to charge an $11 return handling fee (because we're a small business and need to pay real humans to handle the returns). Don't sweat it, though! You can avoid that fee by opting for store credit or picking out something new. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@birdclub.club. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect product received. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and issue a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
Steps to Initiate a Refund

Email us at support@birdclub.club with your order number and the reason for the refund request. Include any necessary photos (e.g., damage, defect).
Refund Authorization
--------------------
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions if your refund is approved.
Prepare the Return
------------------
If applicable, pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item
------------
Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
Refund Processing
-----------------
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Life List Discount Refunds

Should you need a refund for an item for which you received our Life List Discount, the credited discount must also be returned, or the return may not be accepted.
